JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uses and configures information security tools and technologies such as but not limited to Endpoint Protection System (“EPS”), Security Incident and Event Management System (“SIEM”), Transport Encryption, Data Encryption, IP
  • Tables, Host/Network Firewalls, Security Groups, Network Access Control List (“NACL”) to protect the company’s IT Assets.
  • Analyzes dashboards to monitor and detect attacks and threats to IT Assets in both the Cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Assists the Information Security Analyst and other members of the Information Technology Department to analyze and provide remediation to Information Security related incidents.
  • Reports any deviation or violation to the Information Security Policies and Procedures

- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify

growth opportunities and enhance the service's value proposition

- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market needs.

- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
