Responsible for building complete data information system covering dashboards and data pipelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Build Reports and Dashboard as per requirement specifications
  2. Build data pipelines like ETL, data warehouse and similar solutions
  3. Build unit test cases based on requirement specifications
  4. Conduct unit testing of delivered tools and applications

·       Develop Sales Strategies:

- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.

- Target verticals include: Banks and Lending Institutions, Real Estate Developers, Brokers and Geodetic Engineers, Property Appraiser and Law Firms

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

·       Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including real estate firms, developers, and regulatory bodies, to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

·       Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.

- Prepare and review contracts to ensure they align with company policies and client requirements.

- Ensure all contractual obligations are met on time.

·       Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and

campaigns.

- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events

·       Market Analysis:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify

growth opportunities and enhance the service's value proposition

- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on market needs.

·       Reporting and Documentation:

- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

·       Customer Support:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiriers and resolving issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, develops, organizes, writes and edits operational procedures and manuals.
  • Researches, develops and documents technical design specifications.
  • Produces electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
  • Maintains a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
  • Analyzes documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
  • Manages updates and revisions to technical literature.
  • Determines the type of publication that will best serve the project requirements.
  • Plans writing processes and sets timelines and deadlines. .
  • Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
