JOB SUMMARY

The Product Growth Strategist is responsible for driving profitable growth of the assigned product by analyzing financial performance, gathering customer feedback, recommending strategic actions, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Manage the P&L for assigned product(s):

  • Track and analyze revenue and other relevant financial metrics.
  • Identify key drivers of profitability and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Forecast future profitability based on market trends and internal projections.

 

2.Recommend and implement strategies to improve profitability:

  • Analyze pricing strategies, cost structures, and promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities for product optimization, and feature additions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chosen strategies.
  • Track the impact of implemented strategies on profitability and adjust as needed.

 

3.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices:

  • Research and analyze market trends impacting product profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate new tools and technologies relevant to product cost and pricing optimization.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on best practices.

Job Summary: The Sales Officer will be responsible for executing the sales strategy by conducting all sales activities for their assigned target groups, with verticals including Banks and Lending Institutions, Real Estate Developers, Brokers and Geodetic Engineers, Property Appraisers, and Law Firms. This role focuses on cultivating strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Officer will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Activities:

    • Identify potential clients through market research and networking.

    • Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to foster long-term partnerships.

    • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Participate in the negotiation of terms and conditions of sales agreements.

    • Review and manage the preparation of contracts to ensure they align with company policies and client requirements.

    • Ensure all contractual obligations are met on time.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Contribute to the gathering of data for market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

    • Provide feedback to the Chief Sales Manager and product development team to help enhance offerings.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

    • Prepare and submit regular, timely reports on sales activities and client interactions to the Chief  Sales Manager.

  • Customer Support

 

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Lead and manage business analysis efforts for complex initiatives and cross-functional projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and use cases.

  • Define and document current-state and future-state processes (as-is / to-be).

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to business strategy development through insight-driven analysis.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and business transformation.

  • Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a liaison between business units, product teams, and IT/development teams.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Testing & Delivery Support

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect resolution.

  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and align with expectations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Supervise and mentor junior business analysts and guide best practices.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the BA practice within the organization.

    • Define enterprise-wide technology and application roadmaps that support business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.

    • Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact.

  • Design Principles & Standards

    • Establish and enforce design principles such as API-First, Cloud-Native, and Microservices architectures.

    • Develop and maintain a Technical Standards and Guidelines Playbook to ensure consistency, interoperability, and maintainability across systems.

  • Solution Design & Review

    • Conduct architectural reviews of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

    • Provide technical design recommendations and oversee solution blueprints for complex or cross-domain projects.

  • Governance & Compliance

    • Define architecture governance processes and ensure adherence to established frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).

    • Work with IT leadership to balance innovation with operational stability and compliance.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into technical capabilities and roadmaps.

    • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise designs.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Evaluate and refine the enterprise architecture to ensure it remains relevant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

    • Mentor technical teams on best practices in architecture and system design.
