Job Summary

The Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) serves as a strategic consultant to leadership, aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization. As a change agent and culture architect, you will anticipate HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions. By fostering deep partnerships at all levels, the SHRBP delivers value-added service that reflects the long-term strategic goals and mission of the company.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment: Align people and succession plans with overarching business goals to ensure the organization is structured for high performance and scalability.

Talent & Performance: Drive top talent programs and oversee the performance management cycle to cultivate a high-achievement culture and identify future leaders.

Engagement & Culture: Boost employee engagement by analyzing sentiment data and implementing initiatives that improve morale, inclusivity, and retention.

Workforce Planning: Deliver comprehensive headcount plans and hiring/retention strategies that meet organizational growth targets and budgetary requirements.

Change Management: Support organizational transitions with clear communication and training plans to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and structures.

EVP Ownership: Define and deliver a unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP), including benefits and experiences that attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent.


Technical Competencies

Workforce Planning & Analytics: Ability to deliver data-driven headcount plans and hiring strategies using HRIS and business intelligence tools to predict future talent gaps.

Talent Management & Succession: Expertise in identifying "critical roles" and building robust pipelines to align human capital with future business needs.

Change Management Execution: Proficiency in designing communication and training frameworks to facilitate complex organizational shifts and minimize disruption.

EVP & Total Rewards: Skill in defining unique benefits and experiences that differentiate the company in a competitive labor market and drive employee loyalty.
